IMPORTANT NOTICE
This year, all Great Southern Blues Festival tickets will be in the form of your entry wristband.
This means that at no time will you receive a hard ticket. To minimise loss, wristbands will not be mailed out to patrons before 1st September, 2010.
You will receive an email when your tickets are posted out and you can expect to receive them within 5 business days after that.

For tickets purchased from 17th September onwards, patrons will be required to pick up their wristbands from the box office.
NO wristbands will be mailed out for sales after this time.

Bulk Ticket Orders

Orders of 10 tickets or over will qualify for an additional discount. This does not apply to the 'Early Bird Pre Sale'.

The discount will automatically be applied when you purchase 10 or more tickets in one transaction.

Junior Tickets

Junior ticket(s) apply to those 12 years and over and under 18 years of age as at October 1st, 2010. Junior ticket holders must be accompanied by a responsible adult ticket holder at all times on the Festival site.

Junior ticket(s) can be purchased by an adult ticket holder through the Festival website or Festival office only, i.e. not at an outlet.

Important Ticket Information

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Great Southern Blues Festival is promoted by Great Southern Festivals Pty Ltd ABN 84 126 945 837 ("Promoter").

• Tickets are sold on the express condition that the holder is bound by the rules & regulations issued by the Promoter - you will follow the reasonable directions of Festival staff as required.

• Entry to Mackay Park ("Site") is at your own risk and the right to refuse entry is reserved. Mackay Park is owned the Land and Property Management Authority and managed by Eurobodalla Shire Council.

• If you are collecting tickets at the ticket box, ID (valid drivers license or Proof Of Age card) must be shown.

• Entry to the festival will be granted with presentation of a barcoded wristband. This wristband is your ticket to the event and will be sent to you by the preferred method of delivery in September 2010. THIS WRISTBAND IS YOUR EVENT TICKET AND MUST REMAIN INTACT TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to holders of damaged or destroyed wristbands.

• The barcoded wristband tickets will be sent via post from the first week of September 2010.

• Junior Tickets are available for those patrons aged 12 to 17 (inclusive) at the time of the festival. All Junior ticket holders must be in the care of an adult parent or guardian at all times while on site. Junior tickets will only be sold with the sale of an adult ticket.

• Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.

• Replacement is not available for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets.

• This ticket is strictly not for resale.

• All patrons enter the Site at their own risk. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person entering the Site (including liability for any injury, loss or damage caused by the negligence of Land and Property Management Authority, Eurobodalla Shire Council or its employees or agents). All patrons release the Land and Property Management Authority and Eurobodalla Shire Council (and their respective executive members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, economic loss or consequential loss for any default, failure or negligence (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to entry to and presence on the Site.

• The Promoter reserves the right to change the festival line-up or venue without prior notification. No refunds will be available in the event of a change of line-up, relocation, or poor weather. Refunds are available if the event is cancelled entirely. Only the festival value of the ticket (not booking fees or personal expense or travel that customers have incurred to get to the event) will be refunded. The Promoter is not liable for any damage, compensation, loss or expenses as a result of the event being cancelled, postponed, relocated or changed for whatever reason.

• Audio or visual recordings of the event are prohibited. Still cameras (not professional) are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes and not public display. Patrons offer consent to be included in film and sound recordings of the event and for these recordings to be used by the event organiser.

• It is a condition of entry to the event that a search of person and/or their possessions may be required at the time of entry to the venue.

• No animals admitted onto the site, with the exception of accredited service animals.

• You must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the event. We may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in a disorderly, offensive or inappropriate manner.

• The event is carried out in a licensed venue. You must be of legal age or accompanied by an adult parent or guardian and conduct yourself in an orderly manner. We reserve the right to evict patrons who disobey or break Responsible Service of alcohol legislation and law.

• The festival is licensed - please do not bring alcohol with you - any found will be confiscated. Patrons wishing to consume alcohol must have photographic ID.

• Sealed plastic non-alcoholic drink bottles will be permitted to be brought into the event. The contents of any opened plastic drink bottles will not be permitted into the venue.

• Anyone found supplying to or buying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the event and may face criminal charges.

• Anyone found supplying or consuming illicit drugs will be evicted from the premises and may face criminal charges.

• There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the event.

• No trading or signs allowed without prior consent of the Promoter.

• Pursuant to your booking, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, telephone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may disclose your contact details to third parties so they can provide you with promotional material about other events and products. We may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we will handle your personal information.

• Footwear must be worn at all times on the Site.

• The Promoter cares for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place any litter in the bins provided around the venue. Be waste and water wise - thank you.

JUNIOR TICKETS
1. Children 11 years and under are free.
2. Junior tickets are sold to those people who are age 12 until age 17 inclusive.
3. Adult tickets are sold to persons aged 18 years and older.
4. Junior tickets are sold on the age of the patron at the time of the festival, not at the time of purchase.
5. Children holding Junior tickets must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Those who are not in the care of an adult parent or guardian will not be permitted on to or off the site.
6. Children may be required to present a proof of age card.
7. Junior tickets can ONLY be bought with an adult.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
• Great Southern Blues Festival is an all weather event. The festival will take place rain, hail or shine.

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for events listed on this website unless the festival is cancelled.

• In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided to patrons who have purchased tickets for the cancelled event. Refund will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of request. Booking Fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.

• You are responsible for checking the age minimum for the event. No refunds will be processed for patrons who are denied entry due to not having valid identification for admittance to an age restricted performance.

• The Promoter reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary the advertised program, seating arrangements and audience capacity and deny admission with reasonable cause. If this occurs, you will not be entitled to a refund unless the event is cancelled.

DELIVERY METHODS
Please note: All tickets for Great Southern Blues Festival 2010 will not be sent out until September 2010.

• REGISTERED POST
If you have opted for your order to be sent via Australia Post, your order will require a signature for delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost packages yet this is a secure delivery. A unique identification number for every article is recorded, and insurance cover of up to $100 (per order) is included. Good for delivery anywhere in Australia!

• INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED POST
This is the only valid post option for orders outside of Australia. Your order is sent via Australia Post, and will require a signature for delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost packages yet this is a secure delivery. You should use this method if you are ordering tickets for a group of people. A unique identification number for every article is recorded, and insurance cover of up to $100 is included.

• EXPRESS POST PLATINUM
Get your tickets first! Express Post Platinum provides you with signature on delivery as well as guaranteed* next business day delivery within specified networks. You can track the status of your package online. Once we start sending out tickets, yours will be the first to be posted. Tickets will be dispatched once delivery timeframes have commenced from the September 2010. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost packages yet this is a secure delivery. Recipient must be within guaranteed network and be present at time of delivery. If not, item will be left at local post office for collection. Item is not insured or replaced if lost.
